These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRENCHTEK website and any products, services, content, or functionality offered by TRENCHTEK, LLC ("TRENCHTEK," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website or purchasing any product from TRENCHTEK, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

One thing up front: We stand behind our knives. Every knife we sell is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Use it as intended, register it within 30 days, and we’ve got you covered.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the website or purchase our products.

Eligibility & Legal Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from TRENCHTEK.

By purchasing any knife or knife-related product, including automatic out-the-front (OTF) knives, you represent and warrant that:

You are legally permitted to purchase and possess such products

Ownership, possession, and use is legal in your jurisdiction

You understand knife laws vary by location

TRENCHTEK does not provide legal advice. Compliance with all applicable laws is solely your responsibility.

Intended Use & Assumption of Risk

Knives are tools, not toys. By purchasing or using a TRENCHTEK product, you assume all risks associated with possession, handling, storage, and use.

TRENCHTEK is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, abuse, modification, or unlawful use.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use any TRENCHTEK product for unlawful purposes, harmful acts, or in violation of applicable law, or to modify products in a way that alters safety or intended function.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders for errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. Payment is required prior to shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship only where legally permitted. Orders that cannot be legally delivered will be canceled and refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Products may be eligible for return or refund even if used or not in original packaging, provided:

The product is unmodified and not disassembled

The product shows no damage from misuse, abuse, or non-standard use

The return is requested within the stated return window

Products damaged, altered, or used outside normal intended use are not eligible.

Warranty Coverage

TRENCHTEK products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Registration Required: To qualify for Warranty coverage, refunds, or returns, the knife must be registered with TRENCHTEK within thirty (30) days of purchase.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, disassembly, modification, or use outside intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRENCHTEK’s total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRENCHTEK from claims arising out of your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution & Venue

Any dispute shall be resolved either virtually or exclusively in Pinal County, Arizona, USA, at TRENCHTEK’s discretion.
