To return a knife under warranty, you must have completed the warranty registration.

STANDARD KNIFE USAGE

Thank You for purchasing your new TRENCHTEK knife. To operate, push the switch forward to deploy the blade and pull the switch back to retract the blade.

When using your new knife, be sure to wipe the blade clean before retracting, as debris may cause the knife to become inoperable.

For safety purposes if the blade is extended and met with resistance the spring tension will disengage, and the switch will become inactive. Manually pull the blade all the way forward to reset the tension.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Our warranty doesn't cover the following: Loss, damage caused by abuse, neglect, accidents, improper blade sharpening, improper disassembly, or normal paint wear and tear.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT REQUEST

At TRENCHTEK,our customers are our number one priority and we want them to know we stand proudly behind every item bearing our name. All TRENCHTEK products have a warranty that covers manufacture defects of the product.

Like most industries, our warranty is valid only for the original owner of the product.

In Order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from a TRENCHTECK authorized retailer
  • You must have completed a Warranty Registration within 30 days of Registration Date
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product care instructions. Tampered with and/or altered unit will void the warranty
  • Photos of the unit must be provided
  • We will review your warranty request and should it meet all of the warranty criteria, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number with Instructions on how to return your product back to us.

    Should the said item not be available, it will be at our discretion to send a comparable product. It can take up to 21 days to receive your replacement.

    Any product that is received without a Return Authorization will be refused and we will not be held responsible.

    TRENCHTEK is not responsible for any items received that are not a part of the warrantied item. Please do not include any accessories or other items in your shipment.
